What if I don’t understand how to breathe correctly?
Don't worry, the marathon includes a detailed introductory video where I explain everything. All the practices are also recorded in a "Repeat after me" format, meaning you simply turn on the practice and repeat everything I say.
Will breathing exercises really help me with swelling?
The main cause of swelling is lymphatic congestion. This congestion occurs due to inadequate movement of the diaphragm, which plays a key role in proper breathing. When the diaphragm functions properly, it promotes effective lymph flow and helps prevent swelling.
I don't have much time to do this.
The course's practices take between 5 and 30 minutes a day, so even the busiest of schedules can find time for yourself. Even 5 minutes can make a difference in your state and appearance.
It's difficult, it requires a lot of physical effort.
Breathing practices don't require physical effort or special training, as breathing is a natural process for each of us. It's not an intense workout in the gym, but with regular practice, the results can be even more noticeable.
